Kicking off NFL’s 2016 Color Rush, Burn & Broad partnered with Nike to curate a one-week only art-show with the help of 11 New York-based artists. Burn & Broad helped transform Nike’s 45 Grand space in Manhattan into a multi-faceted display of sculptures, paintings and installations evoking the collection’s theme. And because it is located in New York, the pieces were undeniably dedicated to either the Jets or the Giants. From robot sculptures built out of shoeboxes to customized newspaper dispensers, the artworks display a diverse range of creative interpretations and responses to the NFL, highlighting its role as a cultural influencer.
